Greg’s two-hour production, The Elton John Experience, is a fully immersive concert that captures the magic, energy, and emotion of Elton’s legacy. “Sir Elton always made the audience feel like every show was their show,” says Greg. “And I’m no different. Every performance is about creating that connection, that shared celebration of these incredible songs.”
Born into a musical family and raised in Queensland, Greg's journey began early. With both parents as schoolteachers and multi-instrumentalists, he was surrounded by music from day one. He went on to graduate from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in 1989 as a classically trained pianist, eventually merging his deep musical foundation with a lifelong admiration for the music of Elton John and lyricist Bernie Taupin. “The music of Elton and Bernie has been a constant companion throughout my life,” Greg reflects. “It’s like growing up with a best friend. Performing these songs is an
honour—and when I see how deeply they resonate with audiences, I know I’m doing something truly special.”
